Terms & Conditions

• Offer applies to new customers only and is subject to operational capacity and availability.
• The offer provides up to one month of complimentary standard warehousing/storage charges.
• A minimum monthly billing commitment and/or minimum storage volume will apply and will be agreed prior to onboarding.
• Customers must commit to a minimum contract period of 11 months following the complimentary period.
• The complimentary period begins from the agreed operational go-live date.
• The offer applies to standard storage charges only. Handling, inbound and outbound activities, fulfilment, transportation, value-added services, packaging materials, technology integrations and any other additional services will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any implementation, onboarding or integration costs are excluded from the offer unless specifically agreed.
• Customer operations must meet Starlinks’ agreed SOP, product, volume and operational requirements.
• Products requiring specialist storage, temperature-controlled environments, dangerous goods handling or additional regulatory requirements may be excluded or subject to separate commercial terms.
• Final pricing following the promotional period will be based on the agreed commercial proposal and actual operational requirements.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer or combined with another Starlinks promotional offer unless agreed in writing.
• All customers remain subject to Starlinks’ standard onboarding, credit approval, contractual and compliance requirements.
• Starlinks reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotional offer at its discretion prior to execution of a signed commercial agreement.
• The offer is valid for contracts signed within the promotional campaign period.
• Full contractual terms and service-level requirements will be confirmed in the final customer agreement.
